For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
Access to and use of the rpvi5 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your membership:
To access the Services, you must complete the rpvi5 account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rpvi5 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rpvi5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You agree to notify rpvi5 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
rpvi5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your membership. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed for the first time, and may be re-requested following significant account activity or at the discretion of rpvi5's compliance team. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. rpvi5 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a photograph of the bank card or e-wallet account details matching those registered to your account). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.
All rpvi5 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in IDR. rpvi5 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion that occurs on the payment provider's side is the Member's sole responsibility.
rpvi5 supports the following Indonesian payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in IDR. rpvi5 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all payment methods and are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. rpvi5 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed by rpvi5's finance team during operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, seven days per week). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed within minutes to one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported Indonesian banks are typically processed within one to four hours during operating hours, subject to the receiving bank's own processing timelines. rpvi5 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
A withdrawal request will only be approved where: (a) the Member has successfully completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount does not include Bonus Credits that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement; (c) the account is in good standing with no active compliance review or suspected fraudulent activity; and (d) the withdrawal destination account is registered in the same name as the rpvi5 account holder. rpvi5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
rpvi5 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) standards. rpvi5 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, to delay or decline transactions that appear suspicious, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Any Member found to be using the Platform to launder funds or facilitate financial crime will have their account immediately suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.
rpvi5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and this Agreement, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.
All Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; any unused Bonus Credits will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
rpvi5 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or colluding with other Members in a manner designed to exploit promotional terms. Bonus abuse may result in account suspension.
rpvi5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a promotion will retain the benefit of that promotion under the terms in place at the time of claiming, except where modification is required to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
All game outcomes on the rpvi5 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by real-world physical events (card draws, roulette spins) conducted by trained dealers under controlled studio conditions. All games are independently audited for fairness and published return-to-player (RTP) accuracy by recognised third-party testing laboratories.
Sportsbook bets — including but not limited to football markets (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP (including Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the rpvi5 Sportsbook Rules section. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or the result is declared void by the relevant governing body, bets may be settled as void at rpvi5's discretion in accordance with those rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets involving multiple selections are voided in their entirety if any single selection is declared void, unless otherwise stated in the applicable market rules.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, communication failure, or any other technical fault that affects the integrity of a game outcome or the correct display of odds or payouts, rpvi5 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered stakes to the Member. rpvi5 is not liable to pay winnings that result from a manifest technical error, incorrect odds, or a pricing error, and any such payouts made in error may be reversed at any time.
rpvi5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its services. We provide Members with a range of tools to help manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours up to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your account settings and take effect promptly upon request. Members who feel that their gaming is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact rpvi5 customer support for assistance. rpvi5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where rpvi5 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (d) the Member has failed to complete required KYC verification; (e) the Member's access to the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law; or (f) regulatory or compliance obligations require it.
A Member may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting rpvi5 customer support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any real-money funds remaining in the account balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any Bonus Credits that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
All content on the rpvi5 Platform — including but not limited to the rpvi5 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rpvi5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or exploit any content from the Platform without rpvi5's prior written consent.
rpvi5 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at rpvi5.net/privacy-policy and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rpvi5 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL (TLS 1.3) encryption and role-based access controls — to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rpvi5 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether rpvi5 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
rpvi5's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their rpvi5 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude rpvi5's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by rpvi5's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvi5 holds its international operating licence. In the event of a dispute between a Member and rpvi5, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through rpvi5's internal customer complaints process, which may be initiated by contacting customer support via live chat or email.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days of being formally raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Members domiciled in Indonesia acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legislative development, and that by using the Platform they accept full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable Indonesian law.
rpvi5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, rpvi5 will provide reasonable notice to Members via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact customer support to close your account.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Agreement was most recently revised. rpvi5 maintains an archive of previous versions of this Agreement, which is available on request via customer support.
